As the founder of SHS (Strategic Hospitality Solutions Ltd) Hotel Representation, Simona brings 16 years of industry experience, combining extensive hospitality expertise with a strong network of travel advisors, tour operators, corporate clients and MICE agents.
She helps independent and boutique hotels increase their visibility, strengthen their market positioning and drive commercial growth. Prior to establishing her own business, Simona spent six years with Taj Hotels before moving into senior sales leadership, including three years as Regional Director of Sales, UK & Europe for PUBLIC New York, Ian Schrager's lifestyle hotel brand.
Passionate about travel and exceptional hospitality, Simona is known for her personal approach, extensive industry connections and ability to connect distinctive hotels with the right audiences and commercial opportunities.
