This website is published by Strategic Hospitality Solutions Ltd, trading as SHS Hotel Representation, registered in England and Wales under company number 12498897, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.

The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Photographs of hotels are published with the permission of the hotels concerned; credits are given where requested.

If you email or call us, we keep your message to reply to it and for our normal business records. We do not sell or share your details. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to ssabulis@the-shs.com.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company or hotel, and your message. We use them only to answer you: the message is emailed to us, a copy is stored in the system that runs this website so that no enquiry is lost, and you receive an acknowledgement by email. Our email is delivered by Resend, which processes it on our behalf and holds no other record of you. We keep enquiries for two years and then delete them, or sooner if you ask. The form is not protected by any third-party tracking or scoring service.
