70 Hectares… & the Ocean

70 Hectares… & the Ocean stands in the Landes forest at Seignosse, its timber architecture set into the canopy above the fairways of the golf course, a few minutes from the Atlantic. There are 32 rooms and suites, opening onto the forest or, from the upper floors, towards the sea.

SEI is the restaurant, where Japanese cooking meets Landes produce across donburi, sashimi and small plates; a bar and a karaoke room sit behind it. Guests get priority green fees at the Seignosse and Hossegor courses, and can use the spa at the collection's other Landes house.

A heated pool sits among the pines, with yoga and Pilates in season. Dogs stay at no charge.
