Torre Vella is a blond sandstone finca on two hundred hectares of olive groves, vineyards, garrigue and cliffs, with more than a kilometre of its own wind-cut coastline and Mahón ten minutes away. It runs as an agroturismo rather than a resort.
There are 17 rooms and suites across the main house, the old barns and small detached country houses, several with a private pool. Siempreviva cooks on planchas and grills, sourcing almost everything on the island and much of it from the estate. The vineyard, planted in 2019 on old limestone terraces, made its first two cuvées in 2025.
Half the electricity comes from the estate's own solar park, rooms are cooled geothermally, water comes from a private well and guests are lent electric cars. Torre Vella has been a Relais & Châteaux house since 2019.
